Camping World - Bossier City

Our experience at Camping World in Bossier City may have started off a little rocky, but in the end, we found the camper that was right for us! Georgia Thurman was our saleswoman, and I really appreciated the effort she put into helping us. She was willing to shop the entire lot and show us different options until we found the camper that fit what we were looking for. Communication was great throughout the entire process, and she stayed in touch and kept us informed along the way. Once we made our decision, the team got everything set up and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before we pulled off the lot. Buying a camper is a big decision, and I appreciate Georgia and the team for working through the process with us and making sure we left happy with the right one. We’re excited to put it to use!

Drove from Sterlington on a Wednesday to get a new AC unit got back opened it up and it was cracked and broken. Drove two hours back Thursday morning and was met with Mr. Adam who works in the parts department. He was very helpful, quick to act, and very professional and within 20 minutes of my arrival I had an exchange and a new AC unit in my vehicle for my RV. Camping world in Bossier City showed nothing but great professionalism and great business ethics I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them again

I want to THANK Camping World at Bossier City - specifically Stacy Wright, Virginia King, Georgia Thurman and others - for being so responsive to my (many) questions and patient with me and my FOLLOW UP QUESTIONS.They were extremely accommodating for our appointment date and time when we did have to take it in. Another time they were very helpful when we were trying to fix a problem to avoid us having to make a road trip to bring it in. They consulted each other and technicians and responded back so many times and we were able to solve the simple problem. (Yes, it is under warranty, but time and gas is precious and nothing we did voided any warranties.) So would I recommend you to go to Camping World Bossier City? ABSOLUTELY! The workers there are the best, and of course I love our camper!

I would absolutely not recommend this place to an enemy. I brought my camper to them so they could give me an estimate on trade in. Two separate people looked at my camper and a price was agreed on. I picked out my new camper, all paper work was signed. Title of old camper was signed over. I had put insurance on new camper and moved all my belongings over. That’s when they come out and said they found problems with my trade in and the deal was off. After hours of back and forth with 2 hungry and tired little boys they realized they weren’t getting there bluff in on me and I was able to leave in my camper that I had bought. Not one person showed me a single thing on my new camper on how to use anything or any features. Horrible!!! The manager asked me not to leave them a bad review. I thought on it long and hard. But camper world keep emailing me insisting I leave a review. So here it is.

Update 6/29/26: I cannot get anyone in parts dept to answer the phone..so I went down the road to Bayou RV Supercenter. Nice and helpful parts counter, clean and well stocked parts department. I would use again.
